電梯套線條廠家分享電梯的運(yùn)行問(wèn)題通常源于組成部件臟污、潤(rùn)滑不良，以及配合間隙和相對(duì)位置因緊固螺栓松動(dòng)、磨損等而發(fā)生變化。下面就給大家分享一下電梯的保養(yǎng)策略。

第一、電梯的大部分組件安裝在井道、底坑及轎廂外部，密封條件不是很高，很容易被井道里對(duì)流空氣中的灰塵臟污。轎門(mén)和廳門(mén)地坎、滑軌、吊門(mén)輪和滑塊及門(mén)鎖等部件因乘客的頻繁進(jìn)出、空氣中的塵埃和地毯中的細(xì)纖維等臟污得更快，造成機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作受阻，電氣觸頭接觸不良。
First, most of the components of the elevator are installed in the well, bottom pit and the outside of the car. The sealing condition is not very high. 第二、電梯在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，由于頻繁的啟停和換向運(yùn)行所產(chǎn)生的沖擊力，使轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件的磨損加快。如軸承的磨損、制動(dòng)帶的磨損、蝸輪蝸稈的嚙合面磨損、曳引輪輪槽與曳引繩的磨損、導(dǎo)靴靴襯的磨損及門(mén)機(jī)系統(tǒng)、門(mén)鎖、吊門(mén)輪和滑塊的磨損等。除制動(dòng)帶和導(dǎo)靴靴襯易損件需定期更換外，各機(jī)械部件都必須保持良好的潤(rùn)滑，以避免轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件的直接摩擦。有的電梯之所以出現(xiàn)“抱軸”、斷軸事故，均屬無(wú)潤(rùn)滑所致。

第三、組成電梯的機(jī)構(gòu)有好幾十種，這些部件因經(jīng)常受力，就易出現(xiàn)緊固部件松動(dòng)，致使機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作難以準(zhǔn)確到位而出現(xiàn)運(yùn)行故障。為了使部件正常工作，必須定期檢查其配合間隙和相對(duì)位置的精度，及時(shí)緊固松動(dòng)的零部件，更換已磨損超差的構(gòu)件。
